    • Very disappointed w/ @hotelsdotcom. Used them to book a hotel room, and the hotel had no record of it. 4 full story see their fb page. 2012/01/07
    • Very disappointed w/@AmericanAir. Re-routed and no comp for transpo. And not allowed to fly stand-by when flight was delyaed. Terrible. 2011/10/07
